I know, it looks photoshopped, but it isn't. Tom went from 34.3 to 26.1 % bodyfat, that's a ~ 24% improvement in body composition. That equates to 20 lbs of fat loss and 10 lbs of muscle gain over the 6 week 2014 Fall Nutrition Challenge. Great Job Tom!
