Run 400 meters
Set up under a bar that is one foot above your reach for the burpees. Jump and touch the bar for each burpee rep. (For new folks, just catch some sort of air).
Bonus - For every family member you get to do this with you take one burpee off the top. So if you get 4 other people to do it with you do 20 burpees each round. Capped at doing a minimum of 15 burpees.
Also if family members are a little leery of burpees. Have them do air squats, or sit to stands from a bench or chair. Scale rounds of run as necessary. Have fun with it!
