1 Hang Power Snatch 95 lbs
2 Power Cleans 95/65 lbs
3 Deadlifts 95/65 lbs
4 Thrusters 95/65 lbs
5 Burpees
6 Pull-ups
7 Kettlebell Swings 2 pood/1.5 pood
8 Box Jump - 24 in.s
9 Double Unders (45 singles)
10 Push-ups
11 Tree Balls
12 Knees-to-elbows Post total time.

When entering on Beyond the Whiteboard be sure to enter total number of reps - For HPSnatch enter 12, for Power Cleans enter 22, DL - 30, thrusters 38, burpees 40 pullups 35, kb swings 35, box jump 40, DU 38, pushups 30, tree balls 22, k2e 12.

Also, if doing from home you do this like the song. So first day of CF do 1 hang pwr snatch (hps). 2nd day of cf do 2 power cleans and 1 hps. 3rd day do 3 deadlifts, 2 power cleans, 1 hps.
