Couple coaching points on the Clean. Hips first then shrug. Keep those arms locked out and extended as long as possible (until after the shrug), this allows you to transfer as much power from that hip explosion to the bar. The moment you break your elbows is the moment power transfer from your hips breaks. Also, be sure to keep the bar close to your body the whole way up.
