Rx and Competition -
Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
15 foot Rope climb, 1 ascent
15 Push-ups

Performance -
5 Jumping Pull-ups (must be above reach)
5 Knees to shoulders
10 Push-ups

Fitness -
5 Jumping Pull-ups
5 Knee Raises
10 Elevated Push-ups or 5 Pull-ups

Basics -
Complete 21-15-9 reps of:
Ring Rows
Burpees
Double Unders, or 3-5x jumprope singles
