-Ideas for this: all Strict, Knee in Band, Strict Band, A band tougher than normal, trying to get all 12 in a row, maybe you need to break this up. Maybe get 12 as fast as possible with kipping. Maybe go Chest to Bar, with or without band.

You must get all the double unders in a row before moving on to the next set. Be honest people! If you miss on rep 29 of 30, start over. If you don't have double unders, try getting the first few rounds, and then moving to 1x, 2x, 3x, or 4x singles. Pick a number you will be proud of.
