CrossFit Endurance Group Run tonight at 6:30

Don't forget - Current Thursday schedule is 6am, 7am, Noon, 5pm and 6pm

WOD: "2 Minute Challenge"
Box Jumps 30/24
Air Squats
Double Unders
Sit-Ups
Push-Ups

2 Minute at each station. Rest 3 Minutes after each round. Score is total reps at each station.

For those that can't make Saturday and still wish to get the Games 12.5 wod in, we will be having a special alternative time offered on Friday at 11am. Anyone from any CrossFit affiliate may join in the fun!
