Homemade bone broth is one of the most nutrient rich foods out there. Rich in glucosamine, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus and many other minerals, there is definitely a reason consuming real broth (not the stuff in a can) is an old remedy for illness. Due to all bone broth’s positive features, I decided to experiment and see if I could make my own. I don’t usually video my experiments, but Pete persuaded me on this one. I don’t want to ruin the ending, so I’ll just say it was well worth it and I will definitely do it again.
