Saturday Team WOD - Wear Long Socks

 

In Teams of 4 
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
Run 200 meters
Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
15 foot Rope climb, or 3-1 ground to stands
Rest
If team of 3, no rest, only go 15 min

 

One member of team working at each station. When person gets done with the run they tag the person on wall balls, and begins doing wall balls. The person that was on wall balls moves to rope climbs, rope climbs moves to rest, rest moves to run when tagged by the rope climber.
