15 squats w/ plate 45#/ 25# (performance level is 25/15, fitness level is 15/10)
15 plate ground to overhead 45#/25#
15 box jumps 
Sled push out 25 yds w/ 90#/ 50# (performance: 90/50, Fitness is 50/20)
add weight when you get to line 90#/ 50# (performance add 50/30, fitness add 30/20)
Sled push 25yd back to start line
12 squats w/ plate 45#/25#
12 plate ground to overhead
12 box jumps
Sled push 25yd out w/ 180#/ 100# (women)
remove weight you get to line 90#/ 50#
