10 Push-ups, 9 Double Unders (45 singles), 8 Box Jumps 24in, 7 Kettlebell Swings 2 Pood/1.5 pood, 6 Pull-ups, 5 Burpees, 4 Thrusters 95/65 lbs, 3 Deadlifts 95/65 lbs, 2 Power Cleans 95/65 lbs, and 1 Power Snatch 95 lbs
