Sauerkraut is one of those foods that help promote a healthy gut. It's a natural way to get in some probiotics. I ran across this today and am excited to try this out! 

Today's Workouts:

EMOM for 7 minutes: 1 Power Clean + 1 Hang Squat Clean + 1 Push Jerk heaviest possible

Then

3 rounds for time of:
Run 200 m
25 Pull-ups
Run 200 m
25 Jumping Squats 45/35 lbs

Competition: same. Performance: Band/ring rows ok, 35/25lbs. Fitness: Band/Ring rows ok, 15lbs or Pvc
