Today's Workout -
3x5 Shoulder Press
Then with a partner:
800m Run
80 Front Squats 135/95
80 Chest To Bar Pull-ups
800m Run
Rules: Only one partner working at a time. Must complete all Front Squats before moving onto C2B pull-ups. First partner back from first run can start Front Squats before other partner arrives. Both must start the final run at the same time, your Final time is the average time you both finish. If odd person out, do team of 3 and 120 reps. 
Competition Level - 115/75, band assisted C2B ok
Performance Level - 85/55, band assisted C2B ok
Fitness Level - 55/35, band assisted C2B OK.
