Squat Hold, 30 secs
L Sit Hold, 30 secs
Chin Over Bar Hold, 30 secs

Barbell Club
5x5 Back Squat
5x5 Bench Press
Supplemental Work: Pull-ups and Back Ext, athlete's choice on how to get stronger, consider 10-10-10
Be sure to add your name to a slot on the barbell club board to track all of your lifts over the next 6 weeks.

7 Kettlebell Swings, 35/26 lbs
3 Ground To Stands or 1 rope climb 
Prowler Push High, 90/50 lbs, 50 ft
Prowler Push Low, 90/50 lbs, 50 ft
