CrossFit October 5, 2014:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:
10 Burpee Pull-overs
30 Air Squats
Handstand Hold, 1 min
This is a static handstand hold, not a walk. Only count time while the hands are stationary. If needed, use a wall.

Use a Wall for the HS Hold if needed - Scale the Pull-overs with regular burpee pull-ups
