5 Clean & Jerks, 205/135 lbs
75 Double Unders
5 Clean & Jerks, 185/125 lbs
50 Double Unders
5 Clean & Jerks, 165/115 lbs

Scaling: 

Clean is a squat clean, if necessary Power Clean to Front Squat, Jerk can be split or push jerk. 
Competition: 75-50-25 double under attempts, weights men: 185/155/135,  women: 105/85/65. Performance, double under attempts or 300, 225, 150 singles, weights men:  115-135/95-115/75-95, women: 75-85/55-65/35-45. Fitness singles 100-75-50, weights men: 75-85/55-65/35-45. weights women: 45/35/25.
