Sheppard's Pie

1 lb Grass-Fed Beef
1 Head of Cauliflower
1/2 White Onion
2 c. Carrot 
5 Baby Portabella
Garlic
Jalepeno

This was delicious and here is how to make yours. Brown the ground beef. Boil the carrots, till soft. In a separate pot, boil the chopped up cauliflower till really soft. Drain the water out of both. Cut the carrots to small 1/4" pieces and add into casserole dish. Add in onions, jalapenos, and mushrooms. Add to your preference of garlic and jalapeno. In the mean time add the cauliflower to a blender or food process. Before blending I added whole pepper corns to the caulis and it was a good touch in the end. Poor mixture on top of meet mix. Cook at 375deg for 25 minutes. Post to comment how yours turned out!
