10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps, for time of:
Deadlift, 1.5x bodyweight
Bench Press, 1x bodyweight
Clean, 0.75x bodyweight
Set up three bars and storm through for time.

This one is a doozy! Rule: This can't be your 4th day in a row, 8 + hours of sleep the night before.

Competition: DL=1.25 body weight, Bench = .75 body weight, Clean is .6 body weight.
Performance: DL is 1x body weight, Bench = .60 body weight, Clean is .5 body weight
Fitness: DL is .75 body weight, Bench = .5 body weight, Clean is .35 body weight
