Handstand Walk, 30 ft
Competition: 30 foot partner wheelbarrow walks. 
Performance: 10 Knee raises + 10 abmat situps. 20 Pistols to a box. 30 foot Partner Wheelbarrow walks. 
Fitness: 10 knee raises + 10 abmat situps. 10 air squats, 30 plank shoulder touches. Rest 1 minute every 4 minutes, so at the 4:00, 9:00, 14:00, 19:00
