5 rounds for time of:
Run (Backwards), 100 m
Sandbag Carry, 100 m
Prowler Push High, 90/50 lbs, 50 ft
Prowler Push Low, 90/50 lbs, 50 ft
100 Push-ups
In Teams of 4. Everyone must do everything before the team starts to do push-ups. Then the entire team accomplishes 100 push-ups somehow, distribute the 100 push-ups how you wish, some could do 40 push-ups while the others only do 10, elevate as necessary as long as the team completes 100 push-ups. Once all 100 push-ups are complete, move on to the next round.
