Kettlebell Swing, 53/35 lbs
Wall Ball, 20/14 lbs
35 Double Unders

In teams of 4. 2 people on the prowler (1 person push, while other drags) 540lbs on the prowler. The other two teammates accumulate the most possible points choosing between KB swings, Wall Balls and Double unders.
1 point for every 100 lbs swings on the KBs
1 point for every 20 lbs on the wall balls
5 double unders = 1 point
20 singles = 1 point.
When the other 2 teammates finish pushing and dragging the prowler you switch.
