64 Pull-ups
8 Overhead Squats, 205/135 lbs
Competition: Band Assisted ok, 155-175/95.
Performance: Band assisted or ring rows ok, 115-135/65.
Fitness: Find a weight that is challenging but still gets range of motion, for some this may mean a PVC pipe.

CrossFit Training Camp:
Deadlift 5-5-5
Mini Cindy
As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
