CrossFit:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:
Prowler Push High, 90/50 lbs, 50 ft
Prowler Push Low, 90/50 lbs, 50 ft
Prowler Push High, 90/50 lbs, 25 ft
Prowler Push Low, 90/50 lbs, 25 ft
7 Ring Dips
10 Box Jump (24 In.)s, 24/20 in

3 person team wod. One person starts at each station. Each partner accumulates the most number of reps until they get tagged to move onto the next station. When prowler person gets done they go tag the Ring Dip station, Ring Dip person goes to Box Jumps, Box jumps go to prowler. The goal is to accumulate the most amount of reps possible, despite what beyond the whiteboard says. If necessary have the newer folks create a team of 4, with a rest station before the prowler push.
Competition: Bar dips ok.
Performance: Banded bar dips ok. 20/16" box.
Fitness: elevated push-ups and 12" box jumps.
