CORRECTING THE FIRST PULL IN THE CLEAN

CrossFit:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:
5 Thrusters, 95/65 lbs
7 Hang Power Cleans, 95/65 lbs
10 Power Cleans, 95/65 lbs
Competition: 75/55.
Performance: 55/35.
Fitness: 35/15 or pvc.
The weight should be pretty light. Shooting for 1 round every 2 minutes or faster.

CrossFit Training Camp:
Split Jerk 5-5-5
Push Jerk 5-5-5
Diane 21-15-9 reps, for time of:
Deadlift, 225/155 lbs
Handstand Push-up
