CrossFit:
For time:
Handstand Hold, 3 mins
100 Air Squats
Handstand Walk, 50 m
100 Air Squats
30 Handstand Push-ups
Perform handstand hold against a wall (with only the feet touching) and accumulate at total of 3 minutes before moving on to the squats.

Competition: instead of handstand walk do 10 wall walks. Band assisted deficit 4"/2" HSPU OK or heavy dumbbell shoulder press.
Performance: feet on 24/20" box plank hold for Handstand hold, 75 air squats per time, dumbbell shoulder press for hspu.
Fitness: hold plank (top of push-up) for handstand hold, 50 air squats per time, dumbbell shoulder press for hspu.

CrossFit Training Camp:
Hang Power Clean 5-5-5
Use the heaviest weight you can for each set. Rest as needed between sets.
Then,
5 rounds for time of:
Run, 200 m
10 Wall Balls, 10/6 lbs
10 Box Jumps, 20/16 in
