If you have no prior CrossFit experience, we require that you go through our Prep Course. The Prep Course is two 1-on-1 session with a Coach who will prepare you for our CrossFit classes. Here you will learn all the fundamental movements, how to do them correctly and safely. Each Prep Course session will be one hour which includes a 10-15 minute workout at the end. The date and time is flexible and will be scheduled between you and the Coach.
