CrossFit Forest has a partnered with the following Chiropractor and Physical Therapists to offer sports performance and rehab services onsite.
All new members may reach out to any of the below for a free initial movement screening. The screening takes about 15-20 minutes and will identify any areas of concern. They will provide you with homework exercises for improvement.

Dr. Joe Houde received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Biology from Boston College in Chestnut Hill, MA. He then went on to graduate school at Southern California University of Health Sciences in Whittier, CA where he earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic. A few years after graduating he pursued his passion for sports medicine where he began taking post-graduate training through the American Chiropractic Boards of Sports Physicians (ACBSP), where he achieved his Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner (CCSP) designation, followed by the highest designation in chiropractic sports medicine, the Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians (DACBSP)
Dr. Houde completed a two week sports medicine rotation at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado in 2015. He has been a medical team staff member for Team USA Beach Volleyball since 2014. He has also been a medical team staff member of Team USA Men’s Field Hockey events since 2014. In 2017, he became the team doctor for the U.S. Men's Field Hockey National Team. He has also worked in the field at various volleyball tournaments, marathons, and lacrosse tournaments. He has also worked in the field at various other marathons, triathlons, volleyball tournaments, high school football games, and lacrosse tournaments.
Dr. Houde has gained the respect of the athletic community in Southern California and beyond. He knows that each person is unique and he approaches each patient’s needs from that perspective. Dr. Houde treats all patients, not just the athletes or weekend warriors. He applies the sports medicine realm to everyday people and injuries. His goal in practice is to always return his patients to a pain-free and active lifestyle, and he does his best to understand their individual goals.
Dr. Houde lives in Orange County, Calif. with his wife, son and daughter. He appreciates and takes advantage of all the outdoor activities that Southern California has to offer.
Gisella graduated with a BS Physical Therapy Degree in 2009 from the University of the Philippines. In the same year, she then began working in an out patient clinic dealing with the well population and athletes in Costa Mesa, CA. In 2012, she decided to work with the geriatric population in Laguna Hills Health and Rehab. Geriatrics has given her a sense of purpose and fulfillment. By seeing people get better, this has made her love for Physical Therapy grow even more ! Currently, she works in home health and in-patient facilities for subacute and chronic cases ranging from orthopedic, musculoskeletal to neurological conditions. As her passion for the field grew, so did her interest in Crossfit. As part of the Crossfit community, she now wants to help other members be better athletes.
