We want people to maintain their independence, vitality, whit and strength for as long as humanly possible. We believe this can be accomplished through a fitness class specifically designed for the 55-80 year old age range. We also believe we can help people gain mobility, strength and conditioning where it may not have been for a long time. Regaining/improving fitness for people is not only life changing for the athlete, it's life changing and highly rewarding for the coach. We view VitalFit as a way to help people with very real and significant results and would love to be a part of that journey.
