Hanna ran the whole way at the Long Beach Half Marathon on Sunday! Way to go Hanna! Her next goal is to go sub 2 hours.
" I didn’t hit the wall and actually ran the whole way so I was happy. And I know I said I was going to retire from running, but I was re-inspired by the runners yesterday and want to go back! Next time, I want my body to be injury free and set a goal for a 2h half marathon…and I’m hoping crossfit cross training will get me there!"
