CFMV Home Workouts

CFMV will be closed this weekend beginning Thursday after 630 am class, back on Monday. These are great workouts to do from home and even invite your family, friends to join you. Post results to comments.

Thursday - For Time
4 Rounds
400 M run
50 Squats

or 400M walking lunge (knee hairs must kiss the ground, wearing knee pads helps make this go really fast)

Friday - For Time
50 jumping jacks
50 pushups
50 tuck jumps (jump and bring knees to chest)
50 situps
50 mountain climbers(50 each leg) video
50 squats
50 jumping jacks

Saturday -
Run 5K or Ride bike 10 miles, For Time
