Saturday Partner Workout! 830am

Great Job this morning guys! I think we set a gym record for most people on a Saturday morning with 14 people at the 830 session!

 

 

For Time with a Partner:
400 m Trail Run w/ med ball
40 Wall Balls over Volleyball net (20 each side)
400 m Run w med ball
40/80 m Prowler Push (400/300/200) lbs
400 m Run w med ball
80 Box Jump (picnic bench) while partner holds med ball overhead
400 m Run w med ball
40 Pull-ups while partner holds med ball overhead

5 burpee penalty for each time med ball touches ground. If Ball is motionless it must be held overhead. 

Men Pairs - 20#
Co-Ed - 14#
Women Pairs 10#

830am and 10 am sessions. All are invited!
