Team Workout this Saturday at 9am

"Amber" 4 Rounds

Prowler Push (low Bar) 20 yards/ Prowler Pull (low bar) 20 yards
Ring Rollouts (until prowler push push finishes and tags you)
Box Jumps (until ring rollouts person tags you)
Rest in Plank (until Box Jump person tags you at which point Plank moves to Prowler) - 2 Burpee penalty every time a knee touches ground, to be completed by team after all 4 rounds.

Team to post final Box Jump Total and Total Time (including burpee penalties).
