We are offering a new program for new athletes. We are calling it our Basics program. This program is designed to introduce new CrossFit athletes to proper form, nutrition and mobility. Athletes will progress through this program at their own pace until they are ready for a full unlimited membership. These classes will generally be smaller in size to allow for more individual coaching. The Basics class subscription is 3x per week and meets on Monday Wed Friday at 6am, 715am, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm. Friday's last class is 6pm. There will be one lunchtime class offered at 11:45 on Tuesday and Thursday to make up the Monday or Wednesday class respectively. The first 3 sessions are free then Basics membership is $135 per month. When you ready for the full unlimited membership, we will pro-rate your membership the additional $25 to get you to full membership.
