Strength: Back Squat 3x5 (3 sets of 5 reps at the same weight after proper warm up, add 5 lbs from last time)

WOD:
6 Rounds
Sprint 50 m
Rest 90 seconds

This week's suggested rest days are Wednesday and Sunday. We will of course will still have a regularly scheduled workout on Wednesday.
