Not The Hunger Games...The Forest Games!

Season 1


We have declared benchmark week to be the Forest Games! Every 4 months we will be having The Forest Games to test your progress. Each workout will be broken up into 4 different levels. Fitness (beginner), Performance (Intermediate), Competition (advanced) and Rx'd (Elite).  The lowest level you do all week will be the level you are categorized in for the week. Each workout will have a point value, how you rank in each workout will then determine your overall score at the end of the week. We will be posting the top 5 finishers in each category in the gym to remain there until we do this agin 4 months later. The week prior to The Forest Games will be a de-load week.
