30 Front Squats, 115 lbs
30 Toes To Bars
30 Power Cleans, 115 lbs

Women Weight is 75 lbs.
Competition: strict band pull-ups ok, same weight, toes above eye level ok.
Performance: Band or Ring Rows, 75/45 lbs, Knee raises.
Fitness: Band or ring rows, Goblet Squats for front squats 1 pood or less, Power cleans with PVC or 15 lb bar (work on technique).
