Tell all of your friends that have been wanting to give CrossFit a try. Our new way for people to get started is to attend an all day Saturday CrossFit Training Camp. The price is $99 if you sign up with a friend or $165 if you sign up individually.
CrossFit Training Camp is an all day training camp designed to prepare you for regular CrossFit Training. Start on a Saturday and learn everything you need to know to start CrossFit Training by Monday!! Additionally, all Training Campers may attend the $75 Nutrition Seminar, on Sunday for FREE. The day is spent learning, hands on, with 2 mini workouts and multiple breaks. No significant weight will be used. All levels of fitness and conditioning may attend. The day is about learning how to get fit.
Campers will learn all of the following:
Squats - Air Squats, Front Squats, Back Squats, Overhead Squats
Presses - Shoulder Press, Push Press, Split Jerk, Push Jerk
Lifts - Deadlift, Sumo Deadlift, Sumo Deadlift High Pull
Olympic Lifts - Clean and Jerk, Snatch
More Functional Movements - Box Jumps, Pull-ups, Push-ups, Abmat Situps, Glute Ham Developer Situps, Wall Balls, Rope Climbs, Kettlebell Swings, Wall Walks, Handstand Push-ups, etc.
After completion of CrossFit Training Camp you will be prepared to join any of our CrossFit Classes.
Price: Sign up with a friend and it is $99 per person, each friend creates their own an account and chooses the buddy rate at checkout. Individual rate is $165. All campers will receive $50 off their first month of membership.
