Games 13.1

Friday's General WOD:

15 Min AMRAP
10 KB Swings 2/1.5
10 Box Jumps 24/20
10 Ring Dips
(Scaling provided by the coach in class) 

We will be offering a chance to do the CrossFit Games Open WOD 13.1 at 2pm.  Saturday our workout will be Games wod during our normal class times 8 and 10am. All CrossFitters from any gym are welcome to join us at any of these times. 

CrossFit Games Open 13.1

Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:
40 Burpees
75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
30 Burpees
135 pound Snatch, 30 reps
20 Burpees
165 pound Snatch, 30 reps
10 burpees
210 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible
