Bringing Back CrossFit Forest Kids

We are bringing back CrossFit Forest Kids and we are looking for 5 kids that want to give it a try for free until the end of January. Kids must be 7 years or older or be a very mature 6 year old.

Classes are at 5pm on Tuesday and Thursday. The first 40 minutes are CrossFit, the last 20 minutes kids are expected to do homework for their toughest subject. Please bring homework to CrossFit.
