This is an all out effort for time.
Perf and Fitness - 5K
AM Training Camp
Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.
Rest as needed between sets.
21-15-9 reps, for time of:
Thruster, 95/65 lbs
Competition 80/55, with coach approved appropriate Band (or none at all).
Performance 65/45, with coach approved appropriate band.
Fitness 45/25, with coach approved appropriate band.
Learn how to avoid injury, improve body mechanics, and recover faster with Dr. Jason. This is a low intensity session that will serve as an effective warm-up or cool-down if you want to WOD, or do it alone as recovery on your rest day.
