500 Meter Row
15 Hang Power Cleans (135/95 lbs)
15 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups
15 Wall Ball Shots 20/14 at 10ft

Competition: 115/75 - Pull Ups - 20/14 at 10/9ft
Performance: 75-95/55-65 - Banded Pull Ups or Ring Rows - 14/10 at 10/9ft
Fitness: 45-65/35-45 - Ring Rows - 10/6 at 9ft

Follow the leader style: Only one partner may be working per station at a time so you can’t move to the next station until the person in front of you has completed all the reps.
