CrossFit:

Find your Hang Squat Snatch 1 Rep Max.
If you can't do squat snatch, work on Hang Power Snatch to overhead squat. Maybe find a number for both a hang squat snatch, then find one for Hang Power Snatch to overhead squat if it is heavier than your hang squat snatch.

Handstand Walk 120 ft This is an all out effort for time.
Once you have completed your 1 rep max hang snatch. Work on Handstand walking. For the advanced, try to see how far you can walk in 2 minutes. For the very advanced see how far you can walk unbroken in 2 minutes. you are allowed to stop and break after walking 120 feet. It is 120 feet from right to left in the gym.
