Performance: 75-95/55-65lbs, 8-12 Banded Pull-ups or Ring Rows, 5-8 Seated DB Press, 8-12 Toes as high as possible
Fitness: 45-65/35-45lbs, 8-12 Banded Pull-ups or Ring Rows, 5-8 Seated DB Press, 8-12 Knee Raises
