3 Muscle-Ups

Competition:
10 Overhead Walking Lunges (115/75 lbs)
1-2 Muscle-Ups or Bar Muscle-Ups or 8 Chest to Bar Pull-ups

Performance:
10 Overhead Walking Lunges (75-95/55-65 lbs)
8 Pull-ups (Band Ok) or Ring Rows

Fitness:
10 Overhead Walking Lunges (BW-65/BW-45 lbs)
8 Ring Rows
