Each for time.
Perform at 70% effort / RPE 13.
Rest as needed between efforts.

Rx: Every 6 minutes
Competition: Every 7 minutes
Performance: Every 8 minutes (4 Rounds)
Fitness: Rest 2-3 min between rounds (4 Rounds)
