(choose strict unless you think you need more practice with the efficiency of kipping handstand push-ups)

Competition:
40 Double-Unders Attempts OK
15 Toes to Bar
15 Banded Strict Handstand Push-Ups or L-Sit DB Press (50% BW)

Performance:
30 Double-Unders Attempts or 90 Singles
15 Toes as high as possible
15 Banded Strict Handstand Push-Ups or L-Sit DB Press 

Fitness:
20 Double-Unders Attempts or 60 Singles
15 Knee Raises
15 L-Sit DB Press or Elevated Push-Ups

Rest 3 minutes between rounds
