CrossFit:

Clean & Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 Use the heaviest weight you can for each set. Rest as needed between sets.

Heavy Day of the Week. To be completed by those not following our Forest Barbell Track at some point during the week in place of doing the CrossFit Class that day. Do 3-4 multi-rep warm-up sets prior to your working sets.
