3 min Max Rx: Muscle-ups (min amount of work 5 reps guys/1 rep girls)
                  Rx-1: Ring Dips (red band) (min amount of work 10 reps)
                  Rx-2: Bar Dips (Green Band)
2 min Max weight moved on wall balls (reps x weight) @ 10/9'
1 min Max Rx: Double unders (min amount of work 15 reps)
                  Rx-1: Singles
