The CrossFit Games is more than a competition. It's "The Woodstock of Fitness," bringing together CrossFit affiliate owners, trainers, members, athletes and fans from around the world.

What started on the hills in Aromas, California, continues 10 years later at the StubHub Center. The world of CrossFit comes together to cheer, workout, compete in fun challenges, outfit their gyms, and eat good food and drink beer.

Here's what to do at the Games.

The CrossFit Games span six days, starting at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, July 19, and running through 7 p.m. on Sunday, July 24.

Masters and Teenagers
Tuesday - Thursday, July 19 - 21
9 a.m. - 6 p.m. PT

Individuals and Teams
Friday - Sunday, July 22 - 24
9 a.m. - 9 p.m. PT

When you feel like you’ve been watching from the sidelines for long enough and you want to get your own fitness in, head to the Spectator Workout Area near the Air Force Booth in Vendor Village.

Fill out a waiver at one of the information booths and sign up to participate. Then you’ll be free to compete in the day’s workouts, which may even include gear you’ve seen only at the Games.

The Spectator Workout Area is open Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Fittest Fan

Compete in nine challenges at the Vendor tents for the chance to win the title “Fittest Fan” and bring home thousands of dollars worth of gear. (Read more: “Finding the Fittest Fan at the CrossFit Games.”)

Scavenger Hunt

Find 12 items in Vendor Village and post them to Instagram to be entered in the Spectator Scavenger Hunt. Those who complete the hunt will be entered into a raffle for gear from our sponsors. (Read more: “Spectator Scavenger Hunt.”)

Motorcycle Giveaway

Donate $5 to the Navy SEAL Foundation, a 501(c) charity that provides immediate and ongoing support and assistance to the Naval Special Warfare Community and its families, and you could win a Triumph Tiger motorcycle customized by Icon Motorsports. You can donate online or in person. The motorcycle will be on display in Vendor Village.

Go to the Demo Stage in Vendor Village to learn from some of the best in their fields.

Subject Matter Experts from CrossFit’s specialty courses lead groups through some of the material covered in their weekend seminars. Learn about CrossFit Weightlifting with Mike Burgener, CrossFit Strongman with Rob Orlando, or any of the other 10 SMEs.

There will also be presentations by Julie Foucher, Rx Jump Ropes, ROMWOD, and Barbells 4 Boobs.

Keep it (mostly) paleo at the food trucks, or delve into the classic sports fan’s diet of hot dogs, nachos and beer.

The food trucks that CrossFit brings in cater to a health-focused fan base, but the venue’s food vendors and restaurants will be open and slinging their wares too. Find the food trucks in Vendor Village and the StubHub Center’s retailers along the concourse.

There is a massive beer tent in Vendor Village, with plenty of shade and TVs piping in a livestream of the competition, making it a great place to relax.

The 275,000-square-foot Vendor Village is packed with over 100 vendors that serve the CrossFit community, including Reebok, Rogue, Progenex and Airrosti.

The official CrossFit Games After-Party will be held at the Manhattan Beach Marriott on Sunday, July 24 (9 p.m. - 2 a.m. PT). You’re invited to party with CrossFit staff, Games athletes, and other fans of the sport.

It’s an 80s-themed party. Dress accordingly.

Tickets cost $50. Buy yours here.
