5x5 Weighted Chin Up
Remember this is a Chin-up palms facing away from you. If you are on bands go to next band up and max rep each set of 5. For example, if you normally use green then use the blue band and max out, if that is 1 that is fine, if that is 10 well then you should probably be onto the next band.
